how can i get start on icecast i want a internet radio ASAP plz sumone respond bac i wanna b one of the first to have it around my area can sum one show me how to do step by step e-mail me at djc703@gmail.com

Unfortunately my mind reading capabilities are not that developed. If you have the source code, then the process is configure; make; make install, tweak the icecast.xml to suite your needs (like max listeners etc), then make sure when you start icecast that you can access the main page via a browser. After that it's just a matter of configuring your chosen source client for creating the stream.
