I cant get the song title to show up when i connect to my station is my first problem


Dose this look set up right? is this the problem?



also my second problem is that i cannot get my server to show up on icecast i have the genre right and everything i can connect to it from other locations but it wont show up why is this? here is the server or the link dose it look like everything is right? http://98.192.142.78:8000/

The source client will need to provide the metadata to the server, so make sure it is doing so first.

To see why your stream is not appearing on the stream directory, you need to see if it is specified in the icecast xml and that the stream is marked for public listing. The IP given is externally accessible so there's no firewall issue.
