Hi All

In reviewing my logfiles I have a few questions

1) What are the column titles. I can see that it is apache formatted
IP Address - - [Date Time Zone] PageName
but what is the last column and the column after 200 or 404 ?

2) Is there anyway to split the information going to the log file?
Mine has 100s of GET/admin/stats.xml with very few actual
GET /mountpoint which is the audio signal?

3) I had to stop and restart the server in order to change the log file.
Is there anyway to have this roll over based on size or once a week?

I look forward to your reponses
Thanks in advance

Barry

1) the column after the status code is bytes sent, the last column is the number of seconds connected.

2) There's no way to filter particular entries going to access log in icecast, maybe some named pipe mechanism could be used but that is not something I tried.

3) On unix system you can do the traditional mv/rm followed by kill -HUP to cycle log files. In 2.3.1, the <logsize> and <logarchive> tags were added to help cycle logs based on filesize.
