| I have a webhosting provider, i have access to a SSH and i know the provider has the requested libīs to run icecast. Can I install icecast without administrator permissions ? |

yes, just change the prefix setting.

I have access to ssh but i canīt run ./configure or make or make install, is it possible to install icecast copying and moving files to the required folders one by one or there is another way to install it ? Is there a manual where i can find more info or can you give me a guide on how to install it ?

If you are not able to run configure or make then building icecast is not a possibility for you, never mind installing it. The usual problem people run into with configure is some dependency needs installing.
You'll need to speak to your system administrator on what needs to be done to install on there.
