|
|
Hi. I wonder if there is any tool which can stream live video captured from a camera in Windows to Icecast.
I know there is oggfwd for Linux, maybe somehow it can be used in Windows? I know there is ezstream for Windows, but is it possible to get live stream from camera with it and send through to Icecast?? I know only how to stream files with ezstream but nothing more.
Is there anything that would help me??
Jesus, I'm really desperate, please help me if you can?!
Maybe anybody can show me Icecast's headers that should be sent including port, password and mountpoint? |

Headers are the same as HTTP except that the request is SOURCE. You can use libshout directly either.

Could you show me some example? Some more information about it? How should that SOURCE look? I'd really really appreciate that. |

The http spec is fully documented so you can look at that although you don't need most of it. There is an example of using libshout in the distribution of libshout as well.
