Fedora 9 x86_64 doesnt seem to have 3 devel libs in their repo:

libshout-devel, libtheora-devel and speex-devel

Anyone else noticed this?
They had them in Fedora 8 just fine...
Have they been renamed perhaps?

Maybe they are in the process of doing builds. Report it to them and they should get around to it shortly. Obviously you can download/install the packages we provide but those are not distribution specific.

The problem was with the Open Source Labs mirror I was using:
http://fedora.osuosl.org/linux/

They seem to be missing packages...
Changed to a different mirror and all is fine now...
