Icecast Streaming Media Server

hi!
i am trying to stream with a webcam on the server, but somehow the video seems to be 'too fast' - like when i stop playing it, it kind of 'buffers' everything and just speeds it out really quickly. and of course live it does the reload constantly....
i am using gstreamer with this command:

gst-launch v4l2src ! ffmpegcolorspace ! videoscale ! video/x-raw-yuv,width=320,height=240 ! theoraenc quality=16 ! oggmux ! shout2send ip=url port=8000 password=xxx mount=mount.ogg

i tried it with VLC as well, but it gets constantly stuck on the video.
audio works fine.

icecast is not changing it, so it must be related to the settings during the encoding. Make sure the problem is not down to limited resources of CPU or network first.

hi!
yeah - seems to be the slower usb connection on my computer.
i did have problems though, with updating icecast2 from version 2.3-kh4 (or something like that) to 2.3.2 although it was in the debian repos as 2.3.2 - anyway - i reinstalled the icecast and since then it works again.
