Icecast Streaming Media Server

Hello
i use an asterisk server and i want to stream a brdged call to a client in the web in realtime

i have 2 possibilities to get the audio dato from asterisk
1.) i hav a wave file which is growing while the 2 callers are bridged
2.) i can stream the audio data direct to ices


exactly one stream will be sent to one client. another client gets another stream.

if i use this wav file how can i send it to ices or direct to the client as mp3?
have i realy to use an icecast server or is there another possibility to send this to an client
