The question is unclear, if your question is about a source client then you need to be more specific on the platform and ask in the correct forum. If the question is about what do you do with custom built playlists for icecast to pass to listeners then you just need to place them in webroot.

you keep mentioning a listen.pls as if that is supposed to tell us something. A pls file is just a playlist. like a txt file contains text. If the pls file is provided to a player then that player will try to retrieve the content that is referenced within it. You haven't said what is in the playlist but as this is the icecast server forum, we can only assume that it is meant to refer to a stream that is already on the server.

I suspect you have a playlist with references to local file content and intend to stream this content to icecast in which case you are asking a source client question.

Ok I have icecast running on my server here is where you can listen: http://69.73.146.213:8000/listen.pls it only opens up for real player. I am streaming live. I have a playlist running on my radio pc where I am using shoutcast plugin with winamp. I need to learn how to ad different streams for different player so every one can listen?
Also I need to know if their is a way to embed it in to a player like this one
http://www.breathecast.com/Christian.Music.Radio/player/rockstation.htm?id=78

first thing you need to understand, this is an icecast forum, any answers we give for icecast would not apply to shoutcast, which is what you are running at that address. With icecast you can have various streams running at the same time, just with different mountpoints so adding another stream to icecast is very easy.
