We are using IceCast to stream Audio to a Logitech Squeeze box in a commercial setting. We are streaming from a CDN at 256k burst right now. We are trying to find the optimum settings to keep things streaming. The Logitech device has a large buffer and we are trying to make this a stable environment for commercial use.

Any thoughts on settings in icecast that would make things move better would be appreciated.

Please let me know if you need more info.
