Icecast Streaming Media Server

Im looking for someone to complete the following.

My radio station is using IceCast V2 for its streaming platform and the control panel being used is CentovaCast.

I would like to automate my radio station. Currently the station has both "Live Djs" and "Recorded Shows". The recorded shows are going to need to be played at specific times each week or every fortnight.

This specific project is for the "Recorded shows". I would like my djs to be able to login to an admin area, where they can upload their mix and tracklisting. From an administration level, the admin would be able to pre-allocate the djs scheduled show time and date. Once the dj has uploaded their mix. It would be placed into a playlist to play on that specific date and time. This needs to be automated with Icecast

There is a continual stream of music on the website at the moment, this is working by using an AutoDj feature that is installed on the server. When the "pre-recorded show" is due to start, it would take over the stream from the autodj. Once the show has finished the autodj feature would kick back in.
