Icecast Streaming Media Server

I am wondering if it's possible to do this:

I am using nicecast for the live side of our station using the mount /listen

When I disconnect from my icecast2 server i'd like all the current listeners to be TRANSFERED to say, an ices2 stream. At the moment when I disconnect nicecast everyone obviously gets dropped. Is this possible?

My question is basically can you transfer listeners to another /listen mount without an interuption to their stream??

look at the fallback mount setting for automatically moving listeners to another mountpoint. Just make sure the other mountpoint is in a similar format or else players may have trouble

just to clarify i can have it all on one :8000/listen.m3u so no interuptions?

the fallback has nothing to do with the a playlist, it just moves the already open connection to a stream from one mountpoint to another.
