Icecast Streaming Media Server

Hi All

I have questions,
now I want prepare some solution with forward some internet radio stations to my local private network,but I don't know have i can do it.
I have instaled server debian lenny on virtual machine Xen and also have instaled icecast, but now ins't work.

if on icecast server sound card is require?
wich software is require to forward, if only icecast or not?

your question is too vague, but from your description, you may want to look at the relay possibilities.

1. yes it is possible, see documentation for <relay>
2. icecast does not use a soundcard at all.

no, relay is an icecast setting. The only reason you would use a source client in such a situation is if other the other server is not handled or you want to transcode the stream to a different format/bitrate.
