currently set a 24/kbs ... how/where do i change it...
i was a shoutcast user, then i went to a x64 bit version of Vista ...
at least icecast supports vista ans the 64bit OS's |

The bitrate is set in the encoder part of the source client.

| but it shows in the relay server that its set to 24/kbs when i have it set to 128/kbs in the source .... |

maybe you mean the relay server is reporting what it is told by whatever is upstream? You may of set <bitrate> in the relay mountpoint to override whatever information has been sent down. Check the actual bitrate
