| Is there any known issue running Icecast on port 80? We plan to change server hardware, use two nics with two IPs, have the web on one, and IceCast on the other, both on port 80. Does anybody run Icecast on port 80? |

No issues have been reported when using port 80, in fact some use it for getting past firewalls restrictions

That's exactly the reason why we'd switch to that too. |

we changed to a Port 80 stream so our listeners could receive us over the Uni WiFi system, which blocks most non-80 traffic.
we're having no problem but then we're not running a web server or dual nics.
I'm probably going to come across this problem soon when I try to install a stats app, but I guess I can run that on some other port.
