The 2 things I think you should change are

a queue-size of 100k is small, especially if 64k is burst at new connection time. A side issue to make a note of is that if people are relaying a shoutcast stream on-demand then it is possible that shoutcast sends so much data that the connecting listener gets pushed off the queue if the queue is too small.

listener auth can also be url based not just htpasswd.

Great idea but the host is an email harvester making you sign up before they allow you to download. That's a bunch of bull!!
