|
|
Hello!
I am setting up a webradio for a project Im currently in. I wish to add a stream to the website (This has to be a stream, not mp3 files or on demand) but also add a time limit the users are allowed to listen. Say 5 minutes?
Is there anything Icecast can help me with? Like autoban IP if been connected more than X seconds. Or is there any other method to achieve this?
Yours,

yes, that simple. The listener could reconnect but then that would be a question of what would you class as the same listener reconnecting, and how long to keep that info. It sounds more like the job for an authenticator.
