I have a single-broadcast relay set up which works fine. I'm trying to add a fall-back mount to a file, but this does not seem to be working. I have a file called test.ogg in my webroot directory. If I create a mount and specifiy this file as the fallback for that mount it works fine. But when I try to specify the fallback for the relay, I just get a 404 in xmms. Here is my syntax, am I missing something?

<relay>
<server>my_ip</server>
<port>8000</port>
<mount>/source</mount>
<local-mount>/relay</local-mount>
<fallback-mount>/test.ogg</fallback-mount>
</relay>

yes you are, fallback-mount is not a <relay> option, it's actually a <mount> option. Just fill out the <mount> details relating to /relay.

You're right. I had tried this earlier but I think the problem was with my client, xmms. For some reaons it would cycle through like it was bufferring for a few rounds and then play nothing. I tried vlc and it worked perfectly.

Thanks karlh.
