I have additional related question:
If it can't be done, How could the stream be converted to mp3 or ogg and then relayed? |

play the stream locally and use ices2 to capture from DSP
or there's probably a way to get a tool to decode the incoming stream into wav data and then pipe it into ezstream or something |
