i have been trying to get all my info ready can you please tell me what a portnumber is because i really just need one port number! i have done every thing , found out they dont supply port number!!!! so please help me with it! please im despreate

Port number is part of a Transport Layer address. I suggest you read:
Unix Network Programming, Vol. 1: The Sockets Networking API
and
UNIX Network Programming, Volume 2: Interprocess Communications (for fun).
Then you will know everything you need to know about UNIX networking  |

Please be clear on what you request help with, we know nothing about your situation. If you acquire an icecast service from a provider then you will get a port number because your clients need to know where that service is located. If you run the icecast then you may have a port of your choosing.
