hello all,
i'm trying to create an aac+ v2 file, for fallback, for my server.
i tried several programs, with no success...
we are broadcasting an aac+ v2 stream at 64kbps, so i want a 10" empty file just to keep clients, if source is disconnected..
i tried several programs on my mac but i couldnt create the file..
does anyone knows how can i do it ? |
