You should relay stream from second server to your first server, than you may be able to set fallback to that relayed stream (and you can set relayed streqam on-demand so it doesn't really exist until someone wants to listen it).
If you want to move listeners to second server, then you should do it other way.
Use your first server only for yourself, set second server to relay your first server and do fallbacks on second server.
Afaik there is no way to move your current listeners to another server.
(ircd's can do this, but they only tell other ircd's address and it is up to client software if they connect to other server or not), basically they just tell info like "Server full, try (other servers name)". |

make a .pls, .m3u, or .xspf which starts w/ your live stream in the first entry, and the fallback in the second entry.
Not perfect, but when the first stream dies or is not operating, the second one should take effect. _________________ ++I; |
