Icecast Streaming Media Server

Hi folks, I've been using free hosting service - giss.tv to host our icecast stream. We are getting more and more listeners now and are looking to upgrade to a more reliable service, prefferably pay as you go. There seems to be a multitude of options but what do you guys reccomend?? Who is reliable and cost effective?

I hope to have all the functions of icecast available to me for editing easily e.g fallback mounts, intro file, directory listing etc.

I'd also like 40 listeners at 128 kbps mp3 and 10 at a lower rate.but I'm still trying to figure out how much that would cost so any thoughts on this too would be great.
