Hi,
I'm looking for a source clients that can stream higher than the standard 320kbps; something like 500kbps in ogg or more in flac.
Please, if anyone here knows about such application I'll really
appreciate any info...

Thanks

Yes, it can do ogg @500kbps, but I don't find what the problem is when I try to stream to a server.
When I use HTTP it work OK inside my network. This is the line:

:sout=#transcode{vcode=none,acode=vorb,ab500,channel=2,samplerate=48000}:http{dst=:9000/test.ogg}:sout-keep

This is the line when I use icecast server:

:sout=#transcode{vcode=none,acode=vorb,ab500,channel=2,samplerate=48000}:std{access=shout,mux=ogg,dst=testpassword@http://myurlpage:9000/test.ogg}:sout-keep

Unfortunately, even though it seems it's streaming to the server, when I test it, it doesn't work.
If anyone here has had this same problem and has found any solution, I'll really appreciate any help. I'm using VLC 2.0.4

Thanks
