Code: |
[2013-11-02 20:10:33] WARN fserve/fserve.c req for file "Z:/icecast/web/stream" No such file or directory
[2013-11-02 20:12:33] INFO fserve/fserve.c checking for file /stream (Z:/icecast/web/stream) |
I'm getting the above errors. I assume something is requesting this 'file'.
I have a custom webroot folder set in the paths section of the config. As far as I know it's working fine... I can access the admin page just fine, which accesses this directory.
So what or who needs this file/directory 'stream'?
Happy to paste more config or errors. But I'm hoping it's something simple. |

I assume someone is trying to access something like /stream or maybe something else that is aliased to /stream and /stream does not exist. Check your access log for the matching time stamp for these messages, might give you some idea who is triggering it.

Could it be a SAM broadcaster stats relay monitor? Would trying to monitor a mount that doesn't exist on the server produce this error? |

not sure what sam uses for that, but I think it's either and xml or xsl request not the stream itself. Either way, looking at the log will indicate what it is.
