|
Hi guys,
As mentioned in my topic, I have a problem with relaying streams from several Radiostations.
One of the Relays is working, but the other one not. I only get a error with 'Foobar 2000'
Code: |
(Unable to open item for playback (File Not Found (404)):
"http://81.88.24.123:9000/housetime.fm"). |
You can also try it out, if you want.
In the code tags, you can see a snippet of my icecast.xml
Used OS: Debian 6 + Windows 7
Quote: |
<relay>
<server>bbcmedia.ic.llnwd.net</server>
<port>80</port>
<mount>/stream/bbcmedia_intl_lc_radio1_q</mount>
<local-mount>/RadioBBC.1</local-mount>
<on-demand>1</on-demand>
<relay-shoutcast-metadata>1</relay-shoutcast-metadata>
</relay>
<relay>
<server>listen.housetime.fm</server>
<port>80</port>
<mount>/tunein-mp3-pls</mount>
<local-mount>/housetime.fm</local-mount>
<relay-shoutcast-metadata>1</relay-shoutcast-metadata>
<on-demand>1</on-demand>
</relay> |
I hope you can help me, thanks in advance

looks like the second one sends a redirect, your build may not be able to handle the redirect, in which case use the redirected address.

Hi karl,
I will test some other build provided on the mainpage later. I used the build provided by apt-get install icecast2...
Also what do you mean with redirected address? Is the current .pls connecting to another domain for 'searching' the stream? I am at work at the moment and can't check it out.

If that is supposed to be playlist content then that will not work as a relay, you don't really want to relay a playlist, you want to relay a stream. If the server responds with a http 302 redirect then it will want you to get it from somewhere else, and that is what I saw when I tried it.
