Hello everybody
I am getting the following error while installing ices-2.0.1.
checking for pkg-config... /usr/bin/pkg-config
configure: /usr/bin/pkg-config couldn't find libshout. Try adjusting PKG_CONFIG_PATH.
checking for shout-config... no
configure: error: must have libshout installed!
By seeing this error i thougt of installing libshout first and i did install using a rpm, but later on when i ran the ./configure again it still shows the same error.
Please help, i read on thread here which was abt to change the path but i m unsure that to where to change the path and to what, I am using the Fedora Core 4

make sure you have both libshout and libshout-devel packages installed
