I'm looking for a linux source client with voice activation. I mean: I want to start the client which will wait for soundcard input (e.g. 10 seconds above a custom sound level) and then starts streaming. When there is a period of silence, the client stops streaming and terminates.

For windows there are plenty of such tools but for linux I didn't find one.
Can someone help me please? THANKS
