First icecast and ices2 works fine.
But for this ices0 i have no idear more. First it says libshout is not configured than i'd installed it, now i've got ices_new error.
And the second thing is I found nothing in forum about configuration ices-0.4 like ices2.
For information I stream all local at the Webserver not over homepc. And i want to stream mp3 not only ogg. Is there a easier way to stream mp3.
My system is suse 10.0 64Bit.

ices 0.x and ices 2 are different so don't expect them to be the same. The errors in question can probably be resolved if the messages are made more clear. libshout not configured could be a missing development package but that should affect ices2 as well. What you have to realize is that the patent status makes shipping pre-built packages with mp3 support difficult.
