Icecast Streaming Media Server

I'm not a techie, I can make my playout software work and THATS IT!! I put an idea to my my playout software supplier and he said he thought maybe ICECAST could do it.

So

I'm looking for someone who can talk to me about my needs and supply the end result if it's possible, and if I go ahead. Person/company should preferebly be in the UK and in the Midlands better, I'm in Worcestershire.

There would be a website too.

Limited budget.
