Icecast Streaming Media Server

Hi,
I have installed windows version of icecast.Then edited the icecast.xml file as follows:

and restarted the icecast server.I have configured jetcast client with my icecast server.The details is as follows:
External Server: Icecast 2.x server
Mount: /example.mp3
Hostname:localhost
Password:pass123
port:8000

and started the broadcasting thro jetcast.
When i try to browse the url as : http://localhost:8000/example.mp3
I get ERROR as The file you requested could not be found.Please help me out.

seeing that the port is mismatched, I would guess that the source client does not connect and therefore icecast will see if example.mp3 exists in webroot and fails to find it, giving you that message.
