|
|
Hello,
I'd like to know if it's possible for me to have a remote command available to the person "incharge" of the radio service I offer to my members.
We often have issues, where DJ's running autoplay, go silent or play a corrupted/prohibited song, and need to be disconnected in order to allow another DJ to take over.
Now - without have root access to the server, is it possible me to make a "button" available to my Radio Manager, to remotely disconnect the current DJ, and deny reconnection within X seconds/minutes?
Thanks in advance!

There is a killsource admin request that can be called. It's referenced on the admin page. Preventing reconnection would require something extra. eg add the ip to the ban file, do the killsource request then wait a while to remove the remove ip address from the ban file.

the file is specified in the <deny-ip> setting within <paths>.
