As the subject states, how exactly does this work in Icecast 2.3.2
I don't quite understand what you meant when you said there is no /admin function to do this ..etc

The IP addresses are stored in a simple (one per line) text file. How you change this file is up to you but there is no route via the icecast admin pages to add/remove an IP from this file. You can of course use some other mechanism like a php to manipulate it.
