If you tested on a machine in the LAN and it works then I would say that the whole LAN area is ok not just icecast. To isolate further see if it's the same users having the problem and if so what are they using, where are they located etc. The fact that it's only 1 or 2 out many then that would indicate the problem lies elsewhere that may be out of your control.
Any problem players though should be disconnected via by themselves or when they reach the end of the queue, either way they should be dropped at some point.

I have tested stream in local network and it is working like i though it would.
I really think that this is fiber router issue? |
