|
|
Hello, I read some documentation on the load testing script & I would like to try this on my Icecast server I have running on a windows 2003 server.
Where would I find information on how to do this or how can I do this?
I didnt understand the node thing.
Thanks |

The testing scripts we used are described on the web page, essentially a series of curl requests.

Yes that was the page I read originally that made me decide to run a load test.
I have downloaded curl, but it has no installshield for a windows user like me, & all the 'compile' stuff is abit over my head, so damn cant do it |

well I don't use windows so I can't advise on the best app for testing but you may find load test apps for web servers work equally well. Just remember that the content does not have a length.
