Is there a guide on how to setup a new Icecast server on Linux? I've downloaded and launched the icecast server after configuring it via icecast.xml. The web interface works as I launch it in a browser pointing to http://servername:8000, but I can't figure out how to stream files? In the past I used Shoutcast and created an m3u playlist and pointed the stream directive to the file. I don't see anything that points to that in the config. How do I stream mp3s?
I'm using Ubuntu 6.10 ppc with Icecast 2.3.2 |

| Okay I hadn't realized that I needed another application to send the stream to Iceast. So I've downloaded Ices2 and compiled it. How do I go about connecting Ices to Icecast? |
