Icecast Streaming Media Server

I have ICECAST wordking fine with internet by ADSL.

I have that same PC exploring ok the internet by either ADSL and 3G mobile phone (Nokia N70): Navigating, email,... all

The problem is than the IP ADRESS that give me my mobile phone company (YOIGO in Spain) is PRIVATE, not PUBLIC and I need serve (streaming) with ICECAST from a place where only 3G Internet access is posible.

SOME SUGESTION OR IDEA TO SERVE AUDIO THROU MOBILE INTERNET FROM A PC ?

How could this be possible ?

hmmmmm..

public or private, the ip that icecast sees is public (otherwise you couldn't surf!)

I have seen many phone carriers "proxy" the phone client through another "conversion" server which would block any form of streaming and most "active" surfing (like flash and streaming content)

For this, Icecast MAY see you logging in, but can never receive a stream from you!

I'm afraid theres not much you can do about this except change carriers- and to get a carrier than will allow streaming through its network (not likely will happen unless you pay $43654356436568437.00 per month heheh

using a mobile phone exchange for internet streaming is a poor choice at best, I'm afraid.
