I'm new in Icecast, I setup server and everything is OK.
But I have one question, is there any setting that I can show stream description instead Artist - Title in listener clients? |

If you are talking of a non-ogg stream then you could disable metadata updates. Set mp3-metadata-interval to 0

normally those metadata changes are set in the source client not the server. With ogg, the metadata is part of the stream not an add-on like with non-ogg streams. In theory the header could be rewritten by icecast but there no way to specify that currently, usually because the source client does that anyway.
