I have no joomla what I want the icecast statistics on a page is displayed. must provide possibility.

I'm sorry, but PHP and other web services do not "MUST" provide you with this.
Accessing icecast stats is a simple matter of reading an xsl response from a server call.

Ans according to the more than 50.000 CMS scripts, no one will even try to figure an out of the box script wich would run everywhere without you (the webmaster) making at least an adaptation effort.

Icecast is free and does its job which is streaming sound and vidéo.
For web services, this is not an icecast matter.
