Hi I need to stream ogg/theora over RTSP, but can not find any streaming server to do that.
RTSP is connected to some codec, for example the H.264? |

RTSP is not implemented in icecast currently. I'm not aware of anyone doing any work in that regard, there are specs for pushing theora/vorbis over RTP but no one has got around to do that yet.

but do you know if RTSP is connected to any codec, for instance H.264?I heard something in the line of that, although it was mere speculation. If that's the case, my struggle in finding a server that is able to stream ogg/theora over RTSP is meaningless.

I haven't seen the spec for RTSP in any detail to say for sure, it shouldn't be but as you indicated some do like to hard wire some of these things.
