Hello,

I am currently creating a mobile version of our internet radio station website, I would like to somehow create another mount on our Icecast server that is identical to our current mount but in a lower bitrate.

This way our mobile users will be able to listen without buffering issues etc.

Is this possible? And if so, how?

Also our Icecast setup is here if that helps:

If your source client can be configured to produce a second encoded stream then just copy the existing details and change the encoding settings and mountpoint name used. The only icecast required changes would be that sources is greater than 1 and clients is sufficiently high. You may want to impose a max-listeners on the new mountpoint but it's not required.
