Icecast Streaming Media Server

Hi,

I'm using SpacialAudio Simplecast to stream to a Icecast server.
Everything is ok, but I'd like to know if there is a way the get the statistics on simplecast.
On Simplecast I can define a statistic relay to see how many listeners are connected, but it ask a password.
If I set the administrator password I can see the listeners, but it's the main admin password so I can do everything on the server.
Is there a way to set up a password to see only the statistics of a single mountpoint?
If I use the password for the stream encoder I don't access to the statistics.

does the http://.../admin/stats.xml?mount=/stream type url not work with source authentication?

I've tried the url, it asks userid/password.
It doesn't accept admin/"password of the mountpoint", it only accepts admin/"server main password".

Is there a way to use the mountpoint password?

PS: if I write admin/"server main password" icecast answer "Mount request unknown"

it won't be admin, it will be whatever the source username is for the mountpoint, source is the default username

I didn't know the "source" userid, sorry.
http://.../admin/stats.xml?mount=/stream works on a Windows server where I have Icecast 2.3.2.
On a Linux server I have Icecast 2.3.1, the login step with "source" userid works, but I see this message instaed of the xlm file:
"Mount request unknown".
Have you got any idea?

Anyway I've tried to use source userid with Spacialaudio Simplecast to retrive statistics from the Icecast Windows server, but it always says "error retrieving xml document (Authenication Required)".
If I use admin account it works.
I know probably it's a problem of Simplecast, but have you got any ideas or experiences about this problem?

2.3.1 did not have the per-mount stats support, only the admin/all mount stats listing.

I suspect that simplecast is just using /admin/stats.xml as the request which requires the admin auth.
