Icecast Streaming Media Server

This might seem a dumb question to ask but how do I get my feed into the Icecast Directory? I've tried searching for it but nothing, can't find it anywhere.

1. make sure libcurl is built into icecast.
2. <directory> tags need to be set or uncommented
3. <hostname> set correctly for listeners to get to your site
4. individual streams need to be marked public or advertised.

there could be rejections, but listing won't be attempted until the stream has been running for about a minute.
