i have installed IceCast server v2.3.1. it runs well with default setting.
but i have many media files which are stored in differnt disk volumns, and i must make them streaming possible through IceCast server. there is one critical solid condition, it's not allowed to move all files into one folder. the big problem arises, how and what can i do to? any big guy can tell me? |

I can't comment on what w2k supports (it wasn't mentioned initially), I don't think shortcuts are the same as symbolic links but I could be wrong.

It's great as if IceCast supported multiple web folders. but it seems there is no related configuation element in "icecast.xml" file.
anyway, thank you,Karl.
i would do more test or analyse its source code.
