how can I configure so that my webcast will communicate to my website?
I install icecast server, but i want to link to to my website
for example:
I already have website at www.satini-lewis.com
how can i add it to my website?
i try and i went to "www.satini-lewis.com:8000/live"
but it's not working
pls help |

a web server and an icecast a different things, in your case the web server is on port 80 and icecast is supposed to be on port 8000. If the www.satini-lewis.com:8000/status.xsl page does not show in your browser then either it's not running or you haven't allowed access to icecast, eg NAT not configured or firewall blocking the port.

I am sorry I think i don't' explain it well
in the domain name www.satini-lewis.com -> don't have icecast installed
because that is the host name that i bought
and i want to used here my server to be able to talk to that domain name using icecast.
Do you have any solution? |

another thing is
if i want to upload it like ftp, where i should key in the username and password?
I saw the content of icecast.xml, but don't know which one i should change to my domain password |
