i need to send out a live stream from windows, any chance of that?
more correctly, i need to send out the "What u hear" output on my soundcard
can i do this? and on windows?
EDIT: its a virtual, software based output. it doesnt really exist in hardware

I realize that this is a "not-free" suggestion, but I would recommend looking into it all the same.

I have always used SimpleCast (with Shoutcast, and for the last year, Icecast server), and have been very pleased with it. It may work well for you.
