Hi, I wish to uninstall icecast and reinstall it (this time with libtheora installed before hand so i can stream video)
How do i go about uninstalling it?
apt-get remove icecast2
or is there another way? I have searched the forums and google so apologies if this has been asked, i do not want to uninstall icecast in the wrong manner and still have files floating around. |

The proper way to uninstall any package will depend on how it was installed. If you used apt-get to install then check the man/info pages for apt-get for uninstalling/removing instructions. If you installed from our source tree then make uninstall should be ok.
