Icecast Streaming Media Server

Hello good people! I recently fell in love with Icecast. I read that Oddcast worked with it well, so I downloaded and installed that too.

Now, after an hour of configuring, I can connect to myself with Oddcast. My problem is playing music. I don't know how to do that.
I just want to play some of my MIDI's and mp3's along with my voice here and there. How do I load those MIDI's so people can hear them?

As well, the LAME encoder, where would I put the DLL? I can't put it in WINAMP, since I am not using it.
