I'm having problems editing Hostname on my Icecast.xml file.
It's weird because I can save it and everything (I'm changing it to <hostname>******.servemp3.com</hostname>) but when I go into my admin panel at the same site (http://******.servemp3.com/admin/) I see this: listenurl http://localhost:80/stream.ogg
It doesn't seem to be parsing my change. How can I get it to?

does 'everything' mean you HUP the server (or restart it) as well?

Yup.
After 10 or more so failed attempts, opening in different editors, etc., I restarted my computer which made it work. I haven't tried editing the file since then so I'm not sure if the problem still persists. Restarting appears to do the trick though so I'll keep that in mind.
