does anyone here run icecast on windows XP ?
what are the main config files used ?
how can I set up it?
do I have only to use the icecast.xml file ?
where do i set up my PLAYLIST ?

yes, there is only the xml used in the configuration of icecast. Any playlists used in creating any of the streams are specified in the source client.
